Try this slow breath:
- Inhale: “I loved deeply.”
- Exhale: “And that love still matters.”
Repeat as long as it feels supportive.

Name quietly:
- 3 things you can see
- 2 things you can touch
- 1 thing that brings even a small sense of comfort
This brings you back to the present when grief feels overwhelming.
