Try this slow breath:

  • Inhale: “I loved deeply.”
  • Exhale: “And that love still matters.”

Repeat as long as it feels supportive.

Name quietly:

  • 3 things you can see
  • 2 things you can touch
  • 1 thing that brings even a small sense of comfort

This brings you back to the present when grief feels overwhelming.
