Guided Reflections for Different Seasons of Grief

You are not grieving wrong. You are grieving honestly.

🌱 Early Grief

For the days when everything still feels raw and unreal

Early grief can feel disorienting. Time feels strange. Your body feels exhausted. Your mind replays moments you wish you could redo or relive.

There is no clarity required here—only gentleness.

Reflection: Right Now Is Enough

Take a slow breath.

Ask yourself quietly:

  • What feels hardest in this moment?
  • What do I need more of today—rest, quiet, company, or space?
  • What feels impossible to think about right now?

You don’t need answers. Noticing is enough.

Gentle Guidance

Early grief is not a problem to be solved. It is a wound asking for care.
If all you can do today is get through the next hour, that is enough.

You are allowed to feel overwhelmed. You are allowed to feel numb.
Whatever you feel right now deserves compassion.
